2. AdventureX 平台产品及服务 - Platform Products and Services

2.1 您使用 AdventureX 平台需自行准备如电脑、手机等相关终端设备。为实现 AdventureX 平台的全部功能，您需将终端设备联网，您应自行承担所需要的上网费、流量费等费用。

2.1 You need to prepare relevant terminal devices such as computers or mobile phones to use the AdventureX platform. To fully utilize the functions of the AdventureX platform, you need to connect the terminal device to the internet, and you shall bear the necessary internet access fees, data fees, and other costs.

2.2 我们许可您一项个人的、可撤销的、不可转让的、非独占的和非商业的合法使用 AdventureX 平台的权利。本协议未明示授权的其他一切权利仍由我们保留。除非得到我们事先明示的书面授权，您不得以任何未经授权的形式使用 AdventureX 平台，包括但不限于改编、复制、传播、爬虫、垂直搜索、镜像或交易等。

2.2 We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to legally use the AdventureX platform. All other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement remain reserved by us. Unless you obtain our prior express written authorization, you shall not use the AdventureX platform in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to adaptation, reproduction, dissemination, crawling, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.

3. AdventureX 平台账号 - Platform Account

3.1 我们提供 AdventureX 平台账号的注册通道，您可以通过邮箱或 AdventureX 平台允许的其他方式注册 AdventureX 平台账号。您应保证所使用的第三方软件或平台的用户账号已完成真实身份信息认证，并符合相关法律法规要求。注册后，您可以自行设置安全的登录密码。您的注册账号、设置的密码是您用以登录并使用 AdventureX 平台的凭证。

3.1 We provide a registration channel for AdventureX platform accounts, and you may register an AdventureX platform account via email or other methods permitted by the AdventureX platform. You shall ensure that the user account of any third-party software or platform used has completed real-name authentication and complies with relevant laws and regulations. After registration, you may set a secure login password. Your registered account and password serve as your credentials for logging in and using the AdventureX platform.

3.2 您可以在不注册或登录 AdventureX 平台账号时使用 AdventureX 平台，但无法体验 AdventureX 平台的全部功能。在使用某些功能和/或某些单项服务前，您需要注册或登录 AdventureX 平台账号，并按照国家相关法律法规的要求完成真实身份信息认证。

3.2 You may use the AdventureX platform without registering or logging into an AdventureX platform account, but you will not be able to experience all the features of the AdventureX platform. Before using certain features and/or specific individual services, you need to register or log into an AdventureX platform account and complete real-name authentication as required by relevant national laws and regulations.

3.3 您有权自行设置 AdventureX 平台昵称、头像、AdventureX 平台号、简介等账号信息。未经他人明示书面许可，您不得以他人名义开设 AdventureX 平台账号，不得假冒仿冒他人姓名、名称、字号、商标、头像等作为账号信息。使用账号过程中，您不得采取任何方式误导社会公众混淆账号所有者，尤其不得混淆为社会公众普遍知悉的机构或个人，不得以任何形式损害他人人格权、财产权等合法权益。我们有权审核您提交的账号信息，如您提交的账号信息不符合法律、行政法规、政府规章、本协议约定的，我们有权采取警示提醒、限期改正、重置账号信息、限制账号功能、暂停使用、关闭账号、禁止重新注册等法律法规规定的处置措施。

3.3 You have the right to set your AdventureX platform nickname, avatar, AdventureX platform ID, profile, and other account information. Without the express written permission of others, you shall not open an AdventureX platform account in the name of others or impersonate others’ names, titles, trademarks, avatars, etc., as account information. During the use of the account, you shall not mislead the public into confusing the account owner in any way, especially by impersonating widely recognized institutions or individuals, nor shall you harm the personal rights, property rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others in any form. We have the right to review the account information you submit, and if the account information you provide does not comply with laws, administrative regulations, government rules, or this Agreement, we have the right to take measures such as issuing warnings, requiring corrections within a specified period, resetting account information, restricting account functions, suspending use, closing the account, or prohibiting re-registration, as stipulated by laws and regulations.

3.4 您的 AdventureX 平台账号仅限您本人使用，禁止以任何形式赠与、借用、出租、转让、售卖或以其他方式许可他人使用该账号。如果我们有合理理由认为使用者并非账号注册者的，为保障账号安全，我们有权暂停或终止向该账号提供服务。

3.4 Your AdventureX platform account is for your personal use only and shall not be gifted, lent, rented, transferred, sold, or otherwise permitted for use by others in any form. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the registered account holder, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to that account to ensure account security.

3.5 您在注册、使用 AdventureX 平台账号时，应提供真实、准确、合法、有效的身份证明材料及必要信息。当您提交的注册信息发生变更时（例如您更换了邮箱），您应及时更新相应信息。若您提交的信息不准确、不真实、不合法或者我们有理由判断上述信息存疑，则我们有权要求您更正、补充，或拒绝为您提供相关服务。但您理解并同意，出于安全性和身份识别（如账号或密码找回申诉服务等）的原 因，您可能无法修改初始注册信息、实名信息及其他验证信息。

3.5 When registering and using an AdventureX platform account, you shall provide true, accurate, legal, and valid identification documents and necessary information. When the registration information you submit changes (e.g., if you change your email), you should promptly update the relevant information. If the information you submit is inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or we have reason to suspect the above information, we have the right to request corrections, supplements, or refuse to provide related services. However, you understand and agree that, for security and identification purposes (such as account or password recovery appeals), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information, real-name information, or other verification information.

3.6 您应自行维护您的 AdventureX 平台账号、密码的安全性与保密性。如您丢失账号或遗忘密码，可遵照我们的申诉途径及时申请找回账号或密码。您理解并认可，我们仅识别申诉者在申诉中所提供的验证信息与系统记录是否一致，无法识别申诉者是否系账号的真实所有者。因您保管不当等自身原因导致您的账号被盗或密码丢失，相应损失需由您自行承担。若您发现他人未经许可使用您的 AdventureX 平台账号，或发现其他任何安全漏洞时，请立即通知我们并采取修改密码等方式保护您的账号安全。

3.6 You shall maintain the security and confidentiality of your AdventureX platform account and password. If you lose your account or forget your password, you may promptly apply to recover your account or password through our appeal process. You understand and acknowledge that we only verify whether the information provided by the appellant matches the system records and cannot determine whether the appellant is the true owner of the account. Any losses resulting from your account being stolen or password being lost due to your own negligence shall be borne by you. If you discover unauthorized use of your AdventureX platform account by others or any security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately and take measures such as changing your password to protect your account security.

3.7 您可以申请注销 AdventureX 平台账号。您仅能申请注销您本人的账号，并应遵照相应流程完成账号权属的核验。账号注销后，我们将对账号内的信息做删除或者匿名化等处理，但法律法规或相关规范对信息保存时间或处理方式另有规定的除外。账号注销后，您将无法使用该账号登录 AdventureX 平台，也无法找回账号相关的任何内容或信息。账号注销后，您仍应对您在注销账号前使用 AdventureX 平台的行为承担相应责任。

3.7 You may apply to cancel your AdventureX platform account. You may only apply to cancel your own account and must complete the ownership verification process accordingly. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize the information in the account, except where laws, regulations, or relevant standards stipulate otherwise regarding the retention period or processing method of the information. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to log into the AdventureX platform with that account or retrieve any content or information related to the account. After cancellation, you remain responsible for your actions using the AdventureX platform prior to cancellation.

3.8 根据相关法律法规要求，如您在注册后连续超过六个月未登录账号并使用，我们有权冻结或收回您的账号。如您的 AdventureX 平台账号被冻结或收回，您可能无法通过该账号及密码登录并使用 AdventureX 平台；如您的 AdventureX 平台账号被收回，账号下保存的信息和使用记录将无法恢复。在冻结或收回您的 AdventureX 平台账号前，我们将以适当的方式向您作出提示，如您在收到相关提示后仍未按提示进行操作，我们将冻结或收回账号。

3.8 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, if you have not logged into or used your account for more than six consecutive months after registration, we have the right to freeze or reclaim your account. If your AdventureX platform account is frozen or reclaimed, you may not be able to log in and use the AdventureX platform with that account and password; if your AdventureX platform account is reclaimed, the information and usage records stored under the account cannot be recovered. Before freezing or reclaiming your AdventureX platform account, we will notify you in an appropriate manner, and if you fail to take action as prompted after receiving the notification, we will freeze or reclaim the account.

4. 网络安全保护 - Network Security Protection

4.1 您不得使用任何插件、外挂、系统或第三方工具对 AdventureX 平台的正常运行进行干扰、破坏、修改或施加其他影响，包括但不限于使用任何自动化程序、软件或类似工具接入 AdventureX 平台，收集或处理其中信息、内容。

4.1 You shall not use any plug-ins, cheats, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of the AdventureX platform, including but not limited to using any automated programs, software, or similar tools to access the AdventureX platform, collect, or process its information or content.

4.2 您不得进行任何危害 AdventureX 平台系统安全的行为，亦不得利用 AdventureX 平台从事任何危害计算机网络安全的行为。该等行为包括但不限于：（1）非法侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全的活动；（2）提供专门用于从事侵入网络、干扰网络正常功能及防护措施、窃取网络数据等危害网络安全活动的程序、工具；（3）明知他人从事危害网络安全的活动的，为其提供技术支持、广告推广、支付结算等帮助；（4）使用未经许可的数据或进入未经许可的服务器或账号；（5）未经允许进入公众计算机网络或者他人计算机系统并删除、修改、增加存储信息；（6）未经许可，企图探查、扫描、测试 AdventureX 平台系统或网络的弱点或其他实施破坏网络安全的行为；（7）企图干涉、破坏 AdventureX 平台系统或网站的正常运行，故意传播恶意程序或病毒以及其他破坏干扰正常网络信息服务的行为；（8）伪造 TCP/IP 数据包名称或部分名称；（9）对 AdventureX 平台进行反向工程、反向汇编、编译或者以其他方式尝试发现 AdventureX 平台的源代码；（10）恶意注册 AdventureX 平台账号，包括但不限于频繁、批量注册账号；（11）其他可能危害 AdventureX 平台或其他平台计算机网络安全的行为。

4.2 You shall not engage in any activities that endanger the system security of the AdventureX platform, nor use the AdventureX platform to engage in any activities that harm computer network security. Such activities include but are not limited to: (1) illegally intruding into networks, disrupting normal network functions, stealing network data, or other activities that harm network security; (2) providing programs or tools specifically designed for intruding into networks, disrupting normal network functions and protective measures, stealing network data, or other activities that harm network security; (3) knowingly providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, or other assistance to others engaged in activities that harm network security; (4) using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers or accounts; (5) entering public computer networks or others’ computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information; (6) attempting, without permission, to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of the AdventureX platform system or network, or engaging in other actions that undermine network security; (7) attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the AdventureX platform system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or engaging in other actions that disrupt normal network information services; (8) forging TCP/IP packet names or parts thereof; (9) reverse engineering, decompiling, or compiling the AdventureX platform, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the AdventureX platform; (10) maliciously registering AdventureX platform accounts, including but not limited to frequent or bulk registration of accounts; (11) other actions that may endanger the computer network security of the AdventureX platform or other platforms.

4.4 如果我们有合理理由认为您的行为违反或可能违反上述约定的，或您有其他行为导致 AdventureX 平台的信息和内容受到不利影响，或导致 AdventureX 平台用户的权益受损的，我们有权进行处理，包括在不事先通知的情况下终止向您提供服务，并依法追究相关方的法律责任。

4.4 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your actions violate or may violate the above provisions, or that your other actions adversely affect the information and content of the AdventureX platform or harm the rights and interests of AdventureX platform users, we have the right to take action, including terminating the provision of services to you without prior notice and pursuing legal liability of the relevant parties in accordance with the law.

5. 违约处理 - Breach Handling

5.1 如果您违反含平台规则在内的本协议约定，我们有权限制账号部分或者全部功能，直至终止提供服务、永久关闭账号及法律法规规定的其他处置措施，对于因此造成 AdventureX 平台功能不可用、账号信息删除、内容删除、无法正常获取您账号内资产或其他权益等不利后果，应由您自行承担。对已删除的用户信息或内容，我们有权不予恢复。

5.1 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, including the Platform Rules, we have the right to restrict some or all account functions, up to terminating the provision of services, permanently closing the account, and taking other measures as stipulated by laws and regulations. Any adverse consequences resulting from this, such as the unavailability of AdventureX platform functions, deletion of account information, deletion of content, or inability to normally access assets or other rights in your account, shall be borne by you. We have the right not to restore deleted user information or content.

5.2 如果您采取不正当或作弊等手段获取 AdventureX 平台奖金，我们有权限制或取消您参与活动的资格，取消或撤回奖励。如您已领取奖励，我们有权要求您退回奖品或同等价值的现金。

5.2 If you use improper or cheating methods to obtain bonuses from the AdventureX platform, we have the right to restrict or cancel your eligibility to participate in activities and to cancel or withdraw rewards. If you have already received rewards, we have the right to require you to return the prizes or cash of equivalent value.

5.3 我们有权公告处理结果，且有权根据实际情况决定是否恢复相关账号的使用。对涉嫌违法犯罪的行为，我们将保存有关记录，并有权依法向有关主管部门报告、配合有关主管部门调查。

5.3 We have the right to announce the handling results and to decide, based on the actual situation, whether to restore the use of the relevant account. For actions suspected of violating laws or constituting crimes, we will retain relevant records and have the right to report to and cooperate with the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

5.4 我们尊重并保护用户及他人的知识产权、名誉权、姓名权、隐私权等合法权益。如您侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、名誉权、姓名权、隐私权等权利及合法权益，引起第三方投诉、举报或以诉讼等方式维权索赔的，我们有权根据法律法规要求采取必要措施。因您的行为导致我们向任何第三方承担赔偿责任，或遭受国家机关处罚，或受到其他经济损失或商誉损失的，您应赔偿我们因此遭受的全部损失。

5.4 We respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and others, including intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, and privacy rights. If you infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, or other rights and legitimate interests of any third party, resulting in complaints, reports, or claims through litigation or other means by the third party,39 we have the right to take necessary measures as required by laws and regulations. If your actions cause us to bear compensation liability to any third party, incur penalties from state authorities, or suffer other economic losses or damage to our reputation, you shall compensate us for all losses incurred as a result.

6. 用户个人信息保护 - User Personal Information Protection

6.1 我们与您一同致力于个人信息的保护。

6.2 保护用户个人信息是我们的基本原则之一。您在使用 AdventureX 平台的过程中，可能需要提供您的个人信息，以便我们向您提供更好的服务和相应的技术支持。

6.2 Protecting user personal information is one of our fundamental principles. In the process of using the AdventureX platform, you may need to provide your personal information so that we can offer you better services and corresponding technical support.

6.3 当您开启或使用 AdventureX 平台时，为实现您选择使用的功能、服务，或为遵守法律法规的要求，我们会处理相关信息。除实现 AdventureX 平台基本功能、服务所需的信息，和根据法律法规要求所必需的信息之外，您可以拒绝我们处理其他信息，但这可能导致我们无法提供对应功能或服务。

6.3 When you activate or use the AdventureX platform, we will process relevant information to enable the functions and services you choose to use or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Apart from the information necessary to realize the basic functions and services of the AdventureX platform and the information required by laws and regulations, you may refuse to allow us to process other information, but this may result in our inability to provide the corresponding functions or services.

7. 税收 - Taxation

7 根据国家法律法规的规定，您在 AdventureX 平台产生的收入或获得的奖励、收益等可能需要缴纳相关税费或办理纳税申报。您理解并同意，我们根据税务机关的要求代扣代缴税款或代为办理纳税申报时，可能需要收集或使用您的个人信息和涉税资料，您应该配合我们积极履行纳税义务。

7 In accordance with national laws and regulations, income, rewards, or benefits you generate or obtain on the AdventureX platform may be subject to relevant taxes or require tax declarations. You understand and agree that when we withhold and remit taxes or handle tax declarations on behalf of the tax authorities, we may need to collect or use your personal information and tax-related materials, and you should cooperate with us to actively fulfill your tax obligations.

8. 关于单项服务与第三方服务的特殊约定 - Special Provisions on Individual Services and Third-Party Services

8.1 AdventureX 平台中包含我们以各种合法方式获取的信息或信息内容链接，同时也包括我们合法运营的其他单项服务。这些服务在 AdventureX 平台可能以单独板块形式存在。我们有权不时地增加、减少或改动这些特别板块的设置及服务。

8.1 The AdventureX platform includes information or content links obtained by us through various legal means, as well as other individual services we legally operate. These services may exist as separate sections on the AdventureX platform. We have the right to add, reduce, or modify the settings and services of these special sections from time to time.

8.2 您可以在 AdventureX 平台中开启和使用上述单项服务功能。某些单项服务可能需要您同时接受就该服务特别制订的协议或者其他约束您与该项服务提供者之间的规则。您可根据您使用相应单项服务时所签署的协议或对应服务所公示的信息确定与您履约的服务主体。必要时我们将以合理的方式提供这些协议、规则供您查阅。一旦您开始使用上述服务，则视为您理解并接受有关单项服务的相关协议、规则的约束。如未标明使用期限、或标明使用期限为 “永久”、“无限期” 或 “无限制” 的，则这些服务的使用期限为自您开始使用该服务至该服务在 AdventureX 平台停止提供之日为止。

8.2 You may activate and use the aforementioned individual service functions on the AdventureX platform. Certain individual services may require you to simultaneously accept agreements specifically formulated for that service or other rules that govern your relationship with the service provider. You can determine the entity performing the service based on the agreement signed when using the corresponding individual service or the information disclosed by the corresponding service. When necessary, we will provide these agreements and rules for your review in a reasonable manner. Once you start using the aforementioned services, it is deemed that you understand and accept the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for those individual services. If no usage period is specified, or if the usage period is marked as “permanent,” “indefinite,” or “unlimited,” the usage period of these services shall be from the date you start using the service until the date the service ceases to be provided on the AdventureX platform.

8.3 您在 AdventureX 平台中使用第三方提供的产品或服务时，除遵守本协议及 AdventureX 平台中的其他相关规则外，还可能需要您仔细阅读、同意并遵守第三方的协议、相关规则。如因第三方产品或服务产生的争议、损失或损害，需由您自行与第三方依据相关协议解决。

8.3 When using products or services provided by third parties on the AdventureX platform, in addition to complying with this Agreement and other relevant rules on the AdventureX platform, you may also need to carefully read, agree to, and comply with the third party’s agreements and related rules. Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party products or services shall be resolved by you directly with the third party in accordance with the relevant agreements.

9. 免责声明 - Disclaimer

9.1 您理解并同意，我们提供的 AdventureX 平台产品及服务是按照现有技术和条件所能达到的现状提供的。我们不对下述情形进行任何明示或暗示的保证：（1）AdventureX 平台产品及服务完全适合您的使用要求、符合特定用途，经由我们取得的任何产品、服务或其他信息符合您的期望；（2）AdventureX 平台产品及服务不受干扰，及时、安全、可靠或不出现任何错误，永久可用；（3）AdventureX 平台产品及服务中任何错误都将能得到更正；（4）您在使用 AdventureX 平台产品及服务过程中不面临任何风险。

9.1 You understand and agree that the AdventureX platform products and services we provide are offered as they are achievable under current technology and conditions. We do not provide any express or implied warranties for the following situations: (1) that the AdventureX platform products and services fully meet your usage requirements or are suitable for specific purposes, or that any products, services, or other information obtained through us meet your expectations; (2) that the AdventureX platform products and services are free from interference, timely, secure, reliable, error-free, or permanently available; (3) that any errors in the AdventureX platform products and services will be corrected; (4) that you will not face any risks while using the AdventureX platform products and services.

9.2 我们会尽最大努力确保服务的连贯性和安全性，但 AdventureX 平台产品及服务可能会受多种因素的影响或干扰。您理解并同意，因下述情况导致服务暂停、中止、终止或造成任何损失的，我们在法律法规允许范围内免于承担责任：（1）因不可抗力等因素，包括但不限于政府行为、自然灾害（如洪水、地震、台风等）、战争、罢工、骚乱、疫情等；（2）因电力故障、通讯网络故障、黑客攻击、恶意程序攻击、病毒、第三方服务瑕疵等我们不能控制的因素；（3）我们对 AdventureX 平台产品及服务的相关系统或设备进行检修、维护、升级、保养。我们将尽最大努力在此种情况下事先通知您。

9.2 We will make every effort to ensure the continuity and security of the services, but the AdventureX platform products and services may be affected or disrupted by various factors. You understand and agree that we shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by laws and regulations, for service suspension, interruption, termination, or any losses caused by the following circumstances: (1) force majeure factors, including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, typhoons, etc.), wars, strikes, riots, epidemics, etc.; (2) factors beyond our control, such as power failures, communication network failures, hacker attacks, malicious program attacks, viruses, or defects in third-party services; (3) maintenance, upgrades, or servicing of the systems or equipment related to the AdventureX platform products and services. We will make every effort to notify you in advance in such cases.

9.3 我们依据法律法规、本协议和平台规则约定获得审核、处理违法违规内容的权利，但该权利不构成我们的义务或承诺，我们不能保证及时发现违法行为或进行相应处理。

9.3 We have the right to review and handle illegal or违规内容 in accordance with laws, regulations, this Agreement, and the Platform Rules, but this right does not constitute our obligation or commitment, and we cannot guarantee the timely detection of illegal activities or corresponding handling.

9.4 本协议旨在保障遵守国家法律法规、维护公序良俗，保护用户和他人合法权益，我们在能力范围内尽最大的努力按照相关法律法规进行判断，但并不保证我们的判断完全与司法机关、行政机关的判断一致。

9.4 This Agreement aims to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good morals, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and others. We will make every effort within our capabilities to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, but we do not guarantee that our judgments will be entirely consistent with those of judicial or administrative authorities.

10. 通知 - Notification

10.1 为给您提供更好的服务，或因国家法律法规、政策调整，技术条件、产品功能等变化需要，我们会适时对本协议进行修订，修订内容构成本协议的组成部分。本协议更新后，我们会在 AdventureX 平台官方网站发出更新版本，并在更新后的条款生效前通过 AdventureX 平台官方网站公告或其他适当的方式提醒您更新的内容，以便您及时了解本协议的最新版本，您也可以在 AdventureX 平台官方网站中查阅最新版本的协议条款。如您继续使用 AdventureX 平台，即表示您已同意接受修订后的本协议内容。如您对修订后的协议内容存有异议的，请立即停止登录或使用 AdventureX 平台。

10.1 To provide you with better services, or due to changes in national laws, regulations, policies, technical conditions, or product functions, we will revise this Agreement as appropriate, and the revised content forms an integral part of this Agreement. After updating this Agreement, we will publish the updated version on the official AdventureX platform website and notify you of the updates through announcements on the official AdventureX platform website or other appropriate means before the updated terms take effect, so that you can stay informed of the latest version of this Agreement. You may also review the latest version of the agreement terms on the official AdventureX platform website. Your continued use of the AdventureX platform indicates your agreement to accept the revised content of this Agreement. If you have any objections to the revised content of this Agreement, please immediately stop logging in or using the AdventureX platform.

10.2 我们对您的通知可能会以包括但不限于系统提示、页面弹窗或提示、公告、电子邮件等方式中的一种或多种进行，如果您在 AdventureX 平台中预留的联系方式发生变化的，您应当及时更新。我们的通知可能对您的权利义务有重大影响，您应注意保持可联系状态并及时查阅上述通知内容。

10.2 We may notify you through one or more methods, including but not limited to system prompts, page pop-ups or alerts, announcements, or emails. If the contact information you provided on the AdventureX platform changes, you should update it promptly. Our notifications may have a significant impact on your rights and obligations, and you should ensure you remain contactable and review the content of the aforementioned notifications in a timely manner.

11. 其他 - Miscellaneous

11.1 本协议的成立、生效、履行、解释及争议的解决均应适用中华人民共和国法律。倘若本协议之任何约定因与相关法律法规抵触而无效，则这些条款应在不违反法律的前提下按照尽可能接近本协议原条文目的之原则进行重新解释和适用，且本协议其它规定仍应具有完整的效力及效果。

11.1 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid due to conflict with relevant laws and regulations, such provisions shall be reinterpreted and applied, to the extent not contrary to the law, in a manner as close as possible to the original intent of this Agreement, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain fully effective and valid.

11.2 本协议的签署地点为中华人民共和国杭州市上城区，若您与我们发生任何争议，双方应尽量友好协商解决，协商不成，您同意应将争议提交至杭州市上城区有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

11.2 This Agreement is signed in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, People’s Republic of China. In the event of any dispute between you and us, both parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people’s court with jurisdiction in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City for resolution through litigation.

11.3 本协议中的标题仅为方便阅读而设，并不影响本协议中任何约定的含义或解释。

11.3 The headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this Agreement.

11.4 您和我们均是独立的主体，在任何情况下本协议不构成我们对您的任何形式的明示或暗示担保或条件，双方之间亦不构成代理、合伙、合营或雇佣关系。

11.4 You and we are independent entities, and under no circumstances does this Agreement constitute any form of express or implied warranty or condition from us to you, nor does it establish an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
