1. 我们如何收集和使用个人信息 - How We Collect and Use Personal Information

1.1 账号服务 - Account Services

当您注册、登录 AdventureX 平台及使用相关服务时，您可以通过邮箱创建账号，并且您可以完善相关的网络身份识别信息（AdventureX 平台账号、头像、昵称、密码），我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您完成注册。

When you register, log in to the AdventureX platform, and use related services, you can create an account via email, and you may complete related online identification information (AdventureX platform account, avatar, nickname, password). We collect this information to assist you in completing the registration process.

如果您忘记了您的 AdventureX 平台的登录方式，可以使用找回密码功能。为保障您账号的安全，我们可能需要您填写相关信息以进行验证，必要时可能通过真实身份信息验证等方式验证您的身份。

If you forget your login method for the AdventureX platform, you can use the password recovery function. To ensure the security of your account, we may require you to provide relevant information for verification, and if necessary, we may verify your identity through real-name authentication or other methods.

1.2 消息通知 - Message Notifications

您知悉并同意，我们在运营中可能会通过您在使用产品或服务的过程中所提供的联系方式（例如：邮箱号码），向您同时发送一种或多种类型的通知，例如消息告知、身份验证、安全验证、用户使用体验调研；此外，我们也可能会以短信、电话的方式，为您提供您可能感兴趣的服务、功能或活动等商业性信息。但请您放心，如您不愿接受这些信息，您可以通过手机短信中提供的退订方式进行退订，也可以直接与我们联系进行退订。

You acknowledge and agree that, during our operations, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the contact information you provide while using our products or services (e.g., email address), such as message notifications, identity verification, security verification, or user experience surveys. Additionally, we may also provide you with commercial information about services, features, or activities that may interest you via SMS or phone calls. However, rest assured that if you do not wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in the SMS or contact us directly to unsubscribe.

1.3 分享互动 - Sharing and Interaction

在您分享或接收被分享的信息、参加活动、查看其它产品/服务宣传内容等情形下，AdventureX 平台需要在本地访问您的剪切板，写入口令或读取其中包含的口令、分享码、链接，以实现跳转、分享、活动联动等功能或服务。AdventureX 平台仅在本地识别出剪切板内容或图片中含有的口令属于 AdventureX 平台跳转、分享、活动联动等指令时才会将其上传我们的服务器。除此之外，AdventureX 平台不会上传您剪切板或相册中的其他信息至我们的服务器。

When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, or view promotional content for other products/services, the AdventureX platform needs to locally access your clipboard to write or read passwords, sharing codes, or links contained therein to enable functions or services such as navigation, sharing, or activity linkage. The AdventureX platform will only upload clipboard content or image passwords to our servers if they are locally identified as instructions for AdventureX platform navigation, sharing, or activity linkage. Beyond this, the AdventureX platform will not upload other information from your clipboard or photo album to our servers.

1.4 日历预约 - Calendar Booking

当您使用活动等提醒或预约功能时，我们可能会申请访问您的设备日历权限。在您开启相关权限后，我们会访问您的日历，帮助您预约或调整已预约的活动时间，以在您预约的时间通过日历功能提醒您。拒绝授权将无法使用预约服务，但不会影响 AdventureX 平台其他功能的正常使用。

When you use reminder or booking functions for activities, we may request access to your device’s calendar permissions. After you enable the relevant permissions, we will access your calendar to help you book or adjust scheduled activity times and remind you via the calendar function at the appointed time. Denying authorization will prevent you from using the booking service, but it will not affect the normal use of other AdventureX platform functions.

1.5 运营与安全运行 - Operations and Security

我们致力于为您提供安全、可信的产品与使用环境，提供优质而可靠的服务与信息是我们的核心目标。为了维护相关产品或服务的正常稳定运行，保护您或其他用户或公众的安全及合法利益，我们会收集如下必要信息：

We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product and usage environment, and delivering high-quality and reliable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal and stable operation of related products or services and to protect the safety and legitimate interests of you, other users, or the public, we will collect the following necessary information:

（1）为了保障平台的安全运行、运营的质量及效率，在您使用 AdventureX 平台的过程中，我们会收集您的硬件型号、操作系统版本号、设备标识符（Android 如 AndroidID、OAID、GAID，iOS 如 IDFV、IDFA；不同的标识符在有效期、是否可由用户重置以及获取方式方面会有所不同）、网络设备硬件地址（设备 MAC 地址）、运营商统一匿名标识符、IP 地址、WLAN 接入点（如 SSID，BSSID）、蓝牙（Bluetooth）、基站、软件版本号、网络接入方式/类型/状态、网络质量数据、操作/使用/服务日志、设备传感器数据（如加速度传感器、线性加速度传感器、重力传感器、陀螺仪传感器）等数据。

(1) To ensure the secure operation of the platform, as well as the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers (e.g., AndroidID, OAID, GAID for Android; IDFV, IDFA for iOS; different identifiers vary in validity period, user reset capability, and acquisition methods), network device hardware address (device MAC address), carrier unified anonymous identifier, IP address, WLAN access points (e.g., SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version, network access method/type/status, network quality data, operation/usage/service logs, and device sensor data (e.g., accelerometer, linear accelerometer, gravity sensor, gyroscope sensor) while you use the AdventureX platform.

（2）我们可能收集您使用 AdventureX 平台的过程中产生的账号信息、设备信息（包括硬件型号、操作系统版本、设备标识符（Android 如 AndroidID、OAID、GAID，iOS 如 IDFV、IDFA；不同的标识符在有效期、是否可由用户重置以及获取方式方面会有所不同）、网络设备硬件地址、设备传感器信息）、服务日志信息，使用上述信息以及我们的关联方、合作方获得您授权或依法可以提供给我们的信息，用于判断账号安全、交易安全、进行身份验证、识别违法违规情况、检测及防范安全事件，并依法采取必要的记录、分析、处置措施。

(2) We may collect account information, device information (including hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers (e.g., AndroidID, OAID, GAID for Android; IDFV, IDFA for iOS; different identifiers vary in validity period, user reset capability, and acquisition methods), network device hardware address, device sensor information), and service log information generated during your use of the AdventureX platform. This information, along with information obtained from our affiliates or partners with your authorization or legally permitted to be provided to us, is used to assess account security, transaction security, perform identity verification, identify illegal or违规情况, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law.

请您了解，随着我们业务的发展，可能会调整 AdventureX 平台提供的产品或服务。如调整变化后的产品或服务所处理个人信息的目的、方式和范围发生变化的，我们会再次向您告知，并根据法律法规的相关要求征得您的同意。

Please understand that as our business develops, we may adjust the products or services provided by the AdventureX platform. If the purpose, method, or scope of personal information processing changes due to such adjustments, we will inform you again and obtain your consent in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

1.7 依法豁免征得同意处理个人信息 - Legal Exemptions from Obtaining Consent for Processing Personal Information

请您理解，在下列情形中，根据法律法规，我们处理您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意。

Please understand that, in the following circumstances, we may process your personal information without obtaining your authorization or consent, in accordance with laws and regulations.

a) 根据您的要求订立或履行合同所必需；

Special Note: According to legal provisions, information that cannot identify a specific individual, either alone or in combination with other information, does not constitute personal information. c) Principle of Security and Prudence: We will prudently assess the purpose of data use by partners, comprehensively evaluate their security capabilities, and require them to comply with cooperative legal agreements. We will conduct strict security monitoring of the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) used by partners to obtain information, to protect data security.

若具体功能和场景中涉及由我们的关联方、第三方提供服务，则合作方范围包括我们的关联方与第三方。

当您使用 AdventureX 平台中由我们的合作方提供的功能，或者由软件服务提供商、智能设备提供商、系统服务提供商与我们联合为您提供的服务时，我们可能会与其使用为实现业务目的所必需的信息，包括但不限于如下功能或服务：

When you use functions provided by our partners within the AdventureX platform, or services jointly provided by software service providers, smart device providers, system service providers, and us, we may use information necessary to achieve business purposes with them, including but not limited to the following functions or services:

a) 活动参与：当您选择参加我们举办的活动时，经过您的同意，我们与合作方可能需要使用您的姓名、通信地址、联系方式等信息，以便合作方向您兑现活动奖励；与此同时，我们可能与合作方共享您的去标识化的设备信息（Android 如 AndroidID、OAID、GAID，iOS 如 IDFV、IDFA；不同的标识符在有效期、是否可由用户重置以及获取方式方面会有所不同），便于合作方在向您兑现活动奖励时进行身份验证，识别及过滤拦截作弊等违法违规情况。当您参与我们和关联方共同举办的活动时，可能会在多个参与活动的移动应用程序（简称 “活动平台”）之间同步您参与活动的账号（含标识符）、参与成绩、进度、收益等信息，以保障您在活动中获得完整的服务体验。

a) Event Participation: When you choose to participate in events we organize, with your consent, we and our partners may need to use your name, mailing address, contact information, etc., so that partners can deliver event rewards to you. At the same time, we may share your de-identified device information (e.g., AndroidID, OAID, GAID for Android; IDFV, IDFA for iOS; different identifiers vary in validity period, user reset capability, and acquisition methods) with partners to facilitate identity verification when delivering event rewards, as well as to identify and filter out cheating or other illegal or违规情况. When you participate in events co-hosted by us and our affiliates, your event participation account (including identifiers), scores, progress, and benefits may be synchronized across multiple participating mobile applications (referred to as “event platforms”) to ensure you receive a complete service experience during the event.

If necessary, they may also need to use your phone number or contact you through other communication methods.

a) 保障使用安全：我们非常重视产品、服务和账号的安全性，为保障您和其他用户的账号与财产安全，使您和我们的正当合法权益免受不法侵害，我们的合作方可能会使用必要的设备、账号。为确保用户账号安全，在我们识别出您注册、登录账号所使用的邮箱有二次放号风险时，我们会将您的邮箱提供给通信运营商做二次号查验，以保障您的账号安全。

a) Ensuring Usage Safety: We place great importance on the security of our products, services, and accounts. To protect the account and property safety of you and other users and to safeguard your and our legitimate rights and interests from illegal harm, our partners may use necessary device and account information. To ensure user account security, if we identify a risk of secondary number allocation with the email you use to register or log in, we will provide your email to the telecom operator for secondary number verification to safeguard your account security.

b) 分析产品情况：为分析 AdventureX 平台的产品和服务的稳定性，提供分析服务的合作方可能需要使用服务情况（崩溃、闪退记录）、设备标识信息、应用总体安装使用情况等信息。

b) Analyzing Product Conditions: To analyze the stability of the AdventureX platform’s products and services, partners providing analysis services may need to use service conditions (crash and exit logs), device identification information, and overall application installation and usage data.

c) 学术科研：为提升相关领域的科研能力，促进科技发展水平，我们在确保数据安全与目的正当的前提下，可能会与合作的科研院所、高校等机构使用去标识化或匿名化的数据。

c) Academic Research: To enhance research capabilities in related fields and promote technological development, we may use de-identified or anonymized data with cooperating research institutes, universities, and other institutions, provided data security and legitimate purposes are ensured.

2.3 运营主体变更 - Changes in Operating Entity

随着业务的持续发展，我们将有可能进行合并、收购、资产转让，您的个人信息有可能因此而被转移。在发生前述变更时，我们将按照法律法规及不低于本隐私政策所载明的安全标准要求继受方保护您的个人信息，继受方变更原先的处理目的、处理方式的，我们将要求继受方重新征得您的授权同意。

As our business continues to develop, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, and your personal information may be transferred as a result. In the event of such changes, we will require the successor to protect your personal information in accordance with laws, regulations, and security standards no lower than those set forth in this Privacy Policy. If the successor changes the original purpose or method of processing, we will require them to obtain your authorization and consent anew.

We highly value your management of personal information and make every effort to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, withdraw consent, cancel your account, and file complaints or reports regarding your personal information, so that you can understand and safeguard the security of your personal information.

但请您理解，特定的业务功能和服务将需要您的信息才能得以完成，当您撤回同意或授权后，我们无法继续为您提供对应的功能和服务，也不再处理您相应的个人信息。但您撤回同意或授权的决定，不会影响我们此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。

However, please understand that specific business functions and services require your information to be completed. Once you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide the corresponding functions and services or process your relevant personal information. Your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing we conducted previously based on your authorization.

We will formulate and organize the implementation of an emergency plan for personal information security incidents. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, striving to control the impact of such incidents and prevent further adverse consequences. If a personal information security incident (leakage, tampering, or loss) occurs or is likely to occur, we will promptly inform you, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, of the following: the types of personal information that have been or may have been leaked, tampered with, or lost, the reasons and potential harm, the remedial measures we have taken, the measures you can take to mitigate harm, and how to contact us.

我们将及时将事件相关情况以推送通知、邮件、信函、短信及相关形式告知您，难以逐一告知时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。

We will promptly inform you of the incident details through push notifications, emails, letters, SMS, or other relevant methods. If it is difficult to notify each individual, we will issue a public announcement in a reasonable and effective manner.

You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience issues due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account password or related personal information to others.

5. 我们如何存储个人信息 - How We Store Personal Information

我们依照法律法规的规定，将在中华人民共和国境内运营过程中收集和产生的您的个人信息存储于境内。我们不会将上述信息传输至境外，如果我们向境外传输，我们将会遵循相关国家规定或者征求您的同意。

We will not transfer the aforementioned information overseas, but if we do, we will comply with relevant national regulations or obtain your consent.
